Alisa Poturaeva

Alisa Poturaeva was born in Dnipro, Ukraine in 1992. She started her studies of classical ballet at Dnipropetrovsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre school and after working for several years as a classical ballet dancer around the world, she followed the path of her father who dedicated life to photography and worked as a cameraman on various TV channels in Dnipro.
Now Alisa works as a full-time photographer and videographer.
Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.


This project “On the way to freedom” is dedicated to Ukraine.
Since day 1 of Russian invasion in Ukraine we believe that Ukraine will be free. Being in a very distant point of the world we got inspired by the colors of the sky and desert that reminded us of the colors of the National flag.
